- Identify and evaluate vulnerabilities and threats systematically assess how these might be exploited, what their impact might be, and recommend actions to reduce exposure to an acceptable level.
- Work closely with various teams to develop well-rounded solutions that align with the organization's strategy and threat landscape.
- Contribute to the development of a mature vulnerability management program.
- Assist in building processes and workflows that empower partners to remediate with actionable and context-aware information.
- Lead in developing standards, policies, procedures, and best practices emphasizing a balanced approach to security and organizational needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in information security or a related role.
- 5+ years of experience with vulnerability assessment software such as Rapid7, Tenable, or Qualys.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure cloud services, and CSPM solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with building automation to reduce repetitive processes with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, including experience with pulling data from APIs.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+/CySA+/CASP+, GSEC, or equivalent are desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
