Responsibilities
  • Manage daily MEPF operations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with design processes and possess excellent coordination skills with 3rd party designers, peer reviewers, client representatives, and local consultants.
  • Provide recommendations and strategies to resolve project issues related to MEPF.
  • Well-versed on MEPF installation processes, methodologies, and workflow.
  • Responsible for delivering site installations based on client contract and FCD plan.
Requirements
  • Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire protection (MEPF) in the Construction Industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial level.
