As a Data Architect III at HR Network Inc, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Business Intelligence solutions that drive business growth and success. With a strong focus on data quality and governance, you will lead the design and development of complex data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Job Description:
- Design and develop BI (SSIS/Halo) programming objects for gathering, manipulating, and loading data.
- Analyze and evaluate current BI data, processes, and infrastructure to proactively identify data redundancy and make recommendations for data consolidation, standardization, and process improvement.
- Manage, monitor, and improve BI platform error handling and performance monitoring capabilities to optimize and/or proactively address potential systems or process issues.
- Create and own BI-related queries and calculations in support of enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
- Perform and/or automate varying levels of data quality and stewardship tasks.
- Document established data models, processes, and infrastructure related to reporting and analytics platforms.
Requirements:
- A graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years working experience.
- At least 3 years working experience on system application development and database administration.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Java, C#, PHP, or other related programming language.
- Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
- Familiar with Business Intelligence technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is consistently evolving.
