Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing CAM files, annotating drawings, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of work.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in BIM or VDC with an emphasis in HVAC or Mechanical, proficiency in Revit, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner and awareness when to engage supervisor if necessary
  • Work collaboratively and demonstrate commitment to get the job done
  • Self-motivate to do what needs to be done
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions
