Job Title: Retail Store Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
