Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and documenting transactions, handling receivables and payables, and creating accurate invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
  • Create and send out accurate invoices to customers.
  • Gather information from various sources and compare it to internal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
