We're seeking a motivated Revenue Growth Associate to join our team. As a Revenue Growth Associate, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle objections to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities through market research.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Executive, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
  • Background in IT software or related industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate client schedules.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
