Visual Brand Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Brand Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual brand kits and digital assets that resonate with our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
  • Optimize and test all creative assets to ensure they are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
  • Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
  • Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with B2 English proficiency.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
