Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Process Oversight
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Monitor performance and address quality or timing concerns.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of project coordination or management experience, particularly in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
