Key Responsibilities
As a Fire Protection Design Specialist at Gigaworkz Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and implementing fire protection services for buildings, including wet and dry systems.
  • Collaborating with our MEPFS team to develop comprehensive designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Sourcing and specifying fire protection equipment and devices from reputable suppliers.
  • Assisting in on-site surveys to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing and controlling outputs in accordance with our design work program.

Requirements
To be successful as a Fire Protection Design Specialist at Gigaworkz Technologies Inc., you will need:
  • A Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Registration as a Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of wet and dry systems, as well as design and construction of MEPFS work such as plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.
