We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Officer to join our team at Enclosure Systems Specialists, Inc.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Document Preparation & Management: Create and process Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and other required logistics documents.
    • Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and timely deliveries.
    • Inventory & Reporting: Assist in tracking inventory levels and reconciling stock with sales and deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
