- Employee Movements And Separation Management: This involves supporting employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and separations. It also entails managing the separation process, including offboarding and processing final settlements.
- HR Data Management And Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS is essential, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Local Benefits Administration And Management: Administering local employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing, ensures timely management of statutory benefits and company-managed loans.
- Employee Assistance And Retention: Implementing employee assistance programs to enhance work-life balance is vital. Managing leave of absence (LOA) requests and other employee support programs is also key.
- Timekeeping And Payroll Support: Ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping and attendance reporting using HR systems is necessary. Preparing timekeeping reports for payroll processing is also important.
