Overview

Miler LLC Philippine Branch - Excel Trucking is seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage A/P functions for various companies within the group
  2. Review contracts to understand and verify vendor activity and transactions
  3. Review received invoices and compare them against contracts and other documentation
  4. Process and record vendor payments following internal procedures and approval processes
  5. Work closely with the Controller and management team to reconcile expenses and track budgets
  6. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of Google expense sheets
  7. Communicate with operations, safety, and maintenance teams to review expenses for various trucks and trailers and driver deductions
  8. Communicate with external vendors to research and resolve any discrepancies
  9. Ensure all payments are made promptly and follow up as necessary
  10. Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  11. Partner with internal departments to ensure professionalism and high-touch customer service
  12. Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned
