As a Master Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, maintaining, and repairing sheet metal work such as ducting, flashing, roofing, eaves trough, gutter, air hood, lockers, and metal shelving.

  1. You will operate rollers, brakes, shears, soldering, welding equipment, and hand and power tools as required.
  2. Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings.
  3. You will set up and operate fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shape metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using a hammer; operate soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; inspect, assemble, and smooth seams and joints of burred surfaces.

Includes sheet metal duct installers who install prefabricated sheet metal ducts used for heating, air conditioning, or other purposes. Any other related works based on project description may also be assigned.
