Senior AI Engineer for Large-Scale Applications

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us build and deploy large-scale applications that leverage cutting-edge AI tools. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will play a critical role in maximizing efficiency and code quality.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced startup that is building tooling to help Meta advertisers stay within ad policy guidelines and avoid costly account suspensions. Our team is mid-way through an ambitious delivery cycle, and we need someone who can jump in and own full-stack features from day one.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Building reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Working independently while syncing with the team lead and broader product team

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
