We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. This role involves creating engaging e-learning content for our clients.Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, developing instructional materials that cater to diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with experience in creating interactive and immersive learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analysis: Identify client problems, gather information from various sources, and analyze content to determine primary and secondary learning objectives.
  • Design: Create branded templates, brainstorm design elements, and generate ideas for activities, gamification, storytelling, and assessment.
  • Development: Develop content using Adobe Creative Suite, Audacity, and multimedia tools, create scenarios, and apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure timely communication, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in instructional design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment.
