Job Title: Senior Support Partner

This is a mid-senior level full-time role in the administrative and management field. The ideal candidate will have experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal teams to ensure alignment and information flow.
  • Support executives in managing special projects and initiatives.
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information.
  • Perform research, compile data, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management or collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness in handling tasks and documents.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
