About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.

You will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and keeping projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain files and documents on Google Drive (and Dropbox if required).
  • Project Coordination: Create, update, and track projects in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, handling follow-ups, and supporting daily operations.
  • Design and Content Creation: Assist with light design and content creation tasks using Canva.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively through Slack and maintain clear documentation of tasks.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
