Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail E-commerce Professional to join our team at Ever Gourmet Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition, Marketing, and Sales Management:
  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and boost sales.
  • Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Product Management:
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product listings and asset management.
  • Order Fulfillment:
  • Supervise order processing and fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Store Asset Management:
  • Optimize website and social media content to ensure regular updates on products, visuals, and information details.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Retail E-commerce Professional at Ever Gourmet Corporation, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce
  • Proven ability to manage digital product inventory
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Lazada platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with web analytics and optimization tools (Google and Facebook)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of user experience on retail websites and leading online marketplaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google productivity applications
  • Familiarity with e-commerce retail and customer service best practices
  • Digital marketing knowledge and skills
