The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to collaborate with our US-based healthcare client. This rewarding role involves guiding patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive optimal care and support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in making informed decisions about their clinical status, medications, and treatment options.
  • Conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews to assess medical necessity, appropriateness of service, and level of care.
  • Interview clients or patients to evaluate their situational needs and determine necessary services and assistance.
  • Document case history, prepare reports, and serve as a liaison between families and essential services.
  • Use care protocols, standards, and guidelines to inform decision-making and liaise with patients, physicians, insurance companies, and facility staff regarding clinical-related information.
  • Ensure case reports are accurate and up-to-date, identify quality of care concerns appropriately, and undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
