Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members
  • Serve as a coach in a player-coach model to support upskilling and confidence-building among team members
  • Foster relationships between teams and external organizations
Technical Delivery Support:
  • Lead technical delivery on multiple client engagements with strong consultative skills
  • Partner with the delivery excellence team to align project milestones with client decisions
  • Have a deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and their implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform)
  • Help the delivery team meet billable targets and facilitate change orders when necessary
  • Drive alignment across technical mesh points between practice areas
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies impacting our offerings
  • Possess the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification
Business Development Leadership:
  • Gain exposure to our offerings to enhance infrastructure engagements
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities and promote them
  • Lead and guide committees defining standard offerings
Leveraging Factors That Grow Our Business:
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships within multiple accounts to support account growth
  • Lead and guide engagements enabling our team to scale out
  • Support teammates with unblocking engagements and remediating escalations
  • Create reusable artifacts and content for efficient time billing
