The Regulatory Affairs Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with regulatory requirements and are registered with the relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit registration dossiers for pharmaceuticals, functional foods, medical devices, and cosmetics.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to obtain necessary documents and information for registration.
  • Ensure timely submission and approval of all products.
  • Manage regulatory submissions and track progress.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and update procedures accordingly.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English

  • Standard working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays)
