We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a remote basis.

About The Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM systems, ensuring client and agent data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • A strong understanding of social media management tools and the ability to research property listings based on client needs is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Suggest platform performance and user experience improvements based on real-world insights.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools.
  • Must have experience using Canva and VTiger.
  • Familiarity with Wix and WordPress is required.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry, particularly the Australian market is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
Work Arrangement & Expectations
  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.
