
Remote Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a remote basis.
About The Role- The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM systems, ensuring client and agent data is accurate and up-to-date.
- A strong understanding of social media management tools and the ability to research property listings based on client needs is essential.
- The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate closely with our business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
- Suggest platform performance and user experience improvements based on real-world insights.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools.
- Must have experience using Canva and VTiger.
- Familiarity with Wix and WordPress is required.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, particularly the Australian market is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor'.
