Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence through continuous learning and development. As a key member of the team, you will lead new hire training programs, conduct upskilling sessions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and elevate client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including new hire orientation, process and product training, and skill enhancement.
  • Design engaging training materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with assessed training needs.
  • Provide real-time feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees.
  • Support employees during transitions, address specific challenges, and facilitate exit processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of training experience, preferably in lead gen, sales, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions, using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, time-management, and adaptability skills.
  • Flexible and proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team.
