Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Email Marketing Manager to lead our retention marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive results, while managing client relationships and guiding junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in email marketing, with expertise in automation, targeting strategies, and large-scale campaign execution. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Email Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that meet client needs and deliver top results.
  2. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch timely, effective, and cost-efficient projects.
  3. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements.
  4. Client Communication: Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations, aligning strategies with business goals.
  5. Team Management: Manage a small team, including coaching, onboarding, and training new hires.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp; proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and proven experience managing teams
