Job Overview

This is a critical role in our fundraising efforts, where you will be responsible for identifying and profiling potential donors. You will use online research tools to gather comprehensive background information, enabling our team to make informed outreach efforts.

  • We are seeking someone with expertise in online research and internet navigation, as well as strong technical skills using search engines, databases, and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to collect publicly available data on potential donors
  • Compile accurate contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses
  • Investigate business affiliations, philanthropic history, and other relevant background information
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the research process
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant research or administrative experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Fluency in English (French proficiency is a strong asset)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
