Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our human resources operations and programs. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall mission and vision.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall mission and vision
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR department
- Provide guidance and support to HR professionals as needed
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
