Job Overview
The Manpower Core Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems and services.

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems to detect and resolve issues quickly.
• Develop and improve automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to design systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy to troubleshoot.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
