We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales and Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to join our team at Neksjob Corporation. As an SAP SD/CX Consultant, you will be responsible for creating blueprints, developing solutions, and providing support for SAP Sales and CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business, functional, and technical support for SAP Sales and CX solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, identifying gaps in current processes and configurations.
  • Develop tailored solutions addressing SAP Sales and CX requirements.
  • Lead testing, defect resolution, and validation of SAP Sales and CX implementations.

Consulting & Collaboration:

  • Offer strategic technology consulting, developing recommendations to address business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • May require international travel to conduct workshops, training sessions, and client meetings.

Functional Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher-level degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in any of the SAP Sales and CX solutions (SD, CRM, C4C, BRIM, FI-CA, etc.) in a functional or technical consultant role.
  • Knowledge of integration dependencies across SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD).

Client Engagement:

  • Open to travel internationally to support onshore activities and client interactions, including workshops and training sessions.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions.
