Account Assistant Job Description

This role involves assisting with client strategy development, media relations, content creation, and event planning. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting research and gathering information to support client campaigns, drafting press releases and communications materials, coordinating media outreach, monitoring media coverage, and providing administrative support to the Account Executive.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates
  • Conduct research and gather information to support client campaigns
  • Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials
  • Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists
  • Monitor media coverage and track campaign results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in an account management role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
