Job Overview

M2.0 Communications Inc. is seeking an Innovation Project Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates with backgrounds in writing, management, or technology who want to explore a career in product development.

In this role, you will help our team create and improve innovative digital products that transform how media professionals work. You will be directly involved in our growing product suite:

  • Salina: An advanced AI transcription and translation platform that empowers podcasters and video creators to convert spoken content into polished text across multiple languages, dramatically reducing post-production time.
  • Detour: A context-aware AI assistant that seamlessly integrates with clients' websites, providing visitors with personalized guidance and instant answers while gathering valuable interaction data.
  • Kurii: Our intelligent web-crawling solution powered by large language models that enables users to extract structured data from any website without coding knowledge.
  • Sause: A sophisticated media curation platform that helps newsletter creators, writers, and content marketers discover, organize, and repurpose high-performing content, driving engagement metrics that exceed industry benchmarks.

You will learn how products are built from concept to launch while contributing to real projects that solve genuine industry challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Projects
    • Help research what our users need and what our competitors are doing.
    • Assist in planning which features to build next.
    • Take notes during meetings and organize feedback from users.
    • Track project progress and help keep things on schedule.
  2. Develop Documentation
    • Write clear descriptions of features and how they should work.
    • Create simple documentation that explains our products.
    • Help different teams understand each other's needs and concerns.
    • Prepare basic presentations about our products.
  3. Collaborate with Teams
    • Help collect and organize feedback from users.
    • Participate in user testing sessions.
    • Learn to identify when a product is meeting user needs.
    • Suggest improvements based on user feedback.
    • Work with designers, developers, and business teams.
    • Attend and contribute to team meetings.
    • Learn from experienced team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (English, Business, Communications, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to organize information and pay attention to details.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and tools.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
