Job Role
The Business Transformation and Operational Excellence (BTOE) team at Dexcom seeks a seasoned Sr. Data Engineer to contribute to our mission of scaling our business effectively and efficiently. This critical role involves designing, programming, and delivering mined processes using our Celonis platform to visualize process performance and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance on process mining implementation projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of data environments that enable analytics solutions.
- Design and implement data models, analysis, and KPIs in Celonis according to requirements.
- Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading of source data into the Celonis process mining platform.
- Ensure the successful deployment of process mining by supporting development, documentation, validation, and post-deployment support of Celonis data model and analysis.
- Develop machine learning models to conduct predictive analysis as needed.
- Communicate technical specifications and progress to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and ETL.
- 1+ year of experience with Celonis or similar platform, including process analysis, transformation, development, event collection, and action engine.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Solution Delivery Life Cycle).
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of ML models.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, data science, or an equivalent field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
