Job Title

Remotely Conduct Audits with Us

As a remote auditor, you will execute inspections using our cutting-edge technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting efficient audits, verifying inspection information, and submitting reports in a timely manner.

  • Execute audits efficiently upon request from coordinators and verify all information provided for audit execution is complete.
  • Comply with inspectors' manuals, contract instructions, and industry regulations for audit execution.
  • Submit audit results using standard reports forms.
  • On time submission of audit report according to deadlines provided by KPI.
  • Report any risks detected during the audit process in accordance with risk detection guidelines.
  • Carefully use tools and materials provided for audit execution.
  • Report any deviations from standard procedures defined in inspector's manuals, IJO, IAF, SGS Policy, SGS Ethic Code, and other mandatory documents applicable to TFS.
Requirements

Educational/Professional Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience executing inspections.
  • Knowledge of specific product industry or technician/professional level is an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Decisive, assertive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Fookien. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Applies judgment and acts according to SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
