Job Title: Principal Game Designer

Join a dynamic team of game development professionals as we seek an experienced and innovative Principal Game Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in game design and collaborate with talented individuals to create engaging and immersive gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compelling game designs that captivate audiences and drive player engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of features and mechanics, delivering a cohesive and enjoyable player experience.
  • Utilize market trends, player feedback, and analytics data to inform design decisions and optimize gameplay.
  • Maintain open communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Pitch ideas and concepts to engage users in existing projects, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Review and revise levels with the level design team, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Work with a team of level designers to build levels for multiple games and game modes, leveraging expertise and sharing knowledge.
  • Design obstacles and game features with the design team, driving innovation and creativity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year experience as a Level Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or f2p games, with at least one shipped game.
  • Experience in Unity 3D is mandatory.
  • Experience in developing games across all platforms – mobile, console, and PC – with a focus on f2p/casual level design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience as a Level Designer on Puzzle Games, with a strong will to learn and improve.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge in SCRUM or Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working on Casual FTP Games.
  • Knowledge and experience using A/B Testing and Level Tuning.
