Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Marketing Director to drive our client's marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy, managing social media channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, optimising our website, driving SEO initiatives, and managing various marketing projects. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Website Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • SEO: Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage various marketing projects from conception to execution with team members.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, social media, email marketing, SEO, and project management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
