Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in bringing humanity to business by overseeing global-scale projects at customer experience centers, serving as the primary client contact. This involves managing complex projects, influencing sensitive matters, and negotiating with diverse audiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and on-budget execution of projects. You will build plans, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, lead teams, conduct due diligence, and gather materials.

This position requires strong leadership skills, project management certification, and experience leading large-scale global projects, managing diverse teams, and overseeing project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ urgency and step in when team members need help with escalations.
  • Manage complex projects, influence sensitive matters, and negotiate with diverse audiences.
  • Oversight of Learning & Development projects and internal initiatives.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Perform coaching, development, and recognition of direct reports.
  • Support strategy deployment, business goals, and objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients for new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Project management certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
  • Leadership experience in call center and/or business process outsourcing industry.
  • Client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and presentation delivery.
