The IT Audit Specialist role is responsible for evaluating the adequacy of system and general IT controls of various automated systems and IT units within RCBC.
About the Role- Work closely with the Division Head to accomplish the audit work plan and ensure that all IT audits are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct audit of general controls to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Review and evaluate the adequacy of internal control and compliance to policies, standards, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT units and automated systems to ensure that audit findings are addressed and implemented.
- Collaborate with the Internal Audit Group to develop and implement audit procedures, techniques, and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in IT auditing.
- Strong understanding of IT auditing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
