Job Summary

The IT Audit Specialist role is responsible for evaluating the adequacy of system and general IT controls of various automated systems and IT units within RCBC.

About the Role
  • Work closely with the Division Head to accomplish the audit work plan and ensure that all IT audits are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audit of general controls to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Review and evaluate the adequacy of internal control and compliance to policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT units and automated systems to ensure that audit findings are addressed and implemented.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Audit Group to develop and implement audit procedures, techniques, and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in IT auditing.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IT auditing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
