Business Unit Mission:

We manage thousands of online interviews annually and have developed QualStage, a user-friendly, secure solution replicating our high-quality in-person research experiences. Additionally, we offer other platforms to support our clients' needs.

Job Description:

As a Freelance Interview Host, you'll work closely with our Market Research Project Management team to ensure successful project completion on time while meeting client expectations.

  • You'll be the primary contact for technical platform issues, providing timely support to both internal and external users.
  • You'll assess technical support levels and provide tailored assistance.
  • You'll prepare respondents for scheduled interviews and facilitate their start, offering troubleshooting support as needed.
  • You'll participate in moderator and interpreter trainings before projects begin.
  • You'll communicate issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • You'll document technical issues and resolutions to support customers and enhance internal processes.
  • You'll stay updated on product features and enhancements, offering internal technical guidance when required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve technical platform issues promptly.
  • Provide expert technical support and assistance.
  • Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions and maintain knowledge of new products and features.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with operating systems.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
  • Prior experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms is desired.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous.
