Marketing Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify product management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation. They will also possess strong technical e-commerce support skills, marketing operations expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters
  • Incorporate graphics using Photoshop and Canva templates
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency
  • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization
  • Upload new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes)
  • Write/edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles
  • Maintain page formatting and consistency across products
  • Support collection cleanup, blog post edits, and merchandising updates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Strong experience with Shopify: product uploads, product page creation, SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Skilled in using Canva templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent
  • Experience using Asana (or other PM tools) to manage daily tasks

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of ₱55,000 - ₱65,000, 100% permanent work-from-home setup, $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus, performance bonus, anniversary bonus, and paid time off.
