We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Support Specialist to join our team at Neksjob. As a Guest Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by handling inquiries about hotel bookings, special accommodations, and reservation modifications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice to ensure smooth travel experiences for our guests.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or hospitality
- High school (SHS) graduate or higher
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
