The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to support our Financial Controller in day-to-day operational accounting and financial undertakings. This role will significantly contribute to ensuring the financial health of the Atlantis Group of Companies by implementing accounting rules, policies, and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Day-to-Day Operations: Assist the Financial Controller in managing day-to-day operational accounting and financial tasks.
  2. Team Leadership: Contribute to the lead role in ensuring the financial health of the Atlantis Group of Companies.
  3. Accounting Policies: Oversee the implementation of accounting rules, policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related courses.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in accounting/finance/admin or equivalent, with at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Well organized, team player, good interpersonal and motivational skills, attention to detail, and documentation, ability to work independently, and good verbal and written communication skills.
