Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sleep Disorder Specialist to join our team at RESPICARE ENTERPRISES INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy and experience in sleep technologist roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and integrate patient information to determine final testing parameters and procedures.
Perform operational checks prior to initiating sleep studies and ensure the accuracy and safety of instruments in use.
Monitor patients during treatment and report any unusual reactions.
Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards.
Perform routine positive airway pressure (PAP) interface fitting and desensitization.
Document routine observations, including sleep stages, clinical events, and other significant events.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.
Recent respiratory therapist (RTRP) or sleep technologist (RPSGT) experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various professionals.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
