Customer Ownership Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new customers to the Tesla family and make their journey to ownership a delightful experience
• Update CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to process pre-delivery, registration, and delivery documents completely and accurately
• Manage all prerequisites of the vehicle registration process for customers
• Prepare customer loan and registration documents and collaborate with other employees/partners to ensure successful delivery appointments
• Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level
• Support the Sales Manager in delivery center operations, task completion, and ensuring superior customer service
• Contribute ideas toward improving the delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures
• Demonstrate a mastery of all products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
