About Performance Marketing

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Assistant who can help us drive campaign success through data analysis, creative optimization, and audience targeting.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, experience with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns to ensure optimal ROI
  • Upload creative assets, ad copy, and track changes to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily to make data-driven decisions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to share insights with the team
  • Support in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Maintain trackers and campaign documentation to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to recommend new strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital marketing principles and PPC expertise
  • Experience working with data and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
