Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to deliver outstanding customer service to both our clients and executive team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling estimators and service technicians efficiently, maintaining and updating client files in an organized manner, and assisting with pricing inquiries and responding on multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through attentive service and clear communication, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Schedule estimators and service technicians efficiently.
  • Assign and route digital marketing leads to the appropriate business units.
  • Maintain and update client files in an organized manner.
  • Assist with pricing inquiries and respond on multiple social media platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on creating a seamless customer experience through organization and communication.
