The Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce applications
- 5 years of project implementation & support experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Certified in one or more of the following: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce OmniStudio Developer
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
- Document solutions and design specifications.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
