Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring the production line and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures
* Verify the application of quality control and food safety programs throughout the manufacturing process
* Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
* Develop and maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Science, or Microbiology
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of product specification conformance and investigation, food product safety, physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and good laboratory practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
