About the Job:

This is a new role that will help lead a new function for Health and Benefits: H&B Planning, Reporting and Insights (PRI). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of data analysts who work on SQL, Python, SSIS, MS Excel, and Power-BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of data analysts who work on various projects related to data analysis, reporting, and insights.
  • Develop and implement business-centered performance metrics across a diverse range of processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects requiring data analysis or reporting skills.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports & insights in response to specific queries or emerging trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
