Job Overview

We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our quality assurance team, ensuring top-notch testing and quality control practices are implemented across the organization.

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of comprehensive QA strategies and processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every phase of the software development lifecycle.

You will lead, mentor, and coordinate multiple QA engineers, designing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts, as well as building and maintaining automated tests.

In this role, you will also identify, track, and resolve defects and quality issues, working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Define and implement QA strategies and processes to improve testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality is embedded in every phase of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects and quality issues, working closely with developers.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role with manual and automated testing expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
  • Experience designing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts; building and maintaining automated tests.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate multiple QA engineers.
