We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to support campaign coordination and delivery for our Workflow & Insights businesses with a focus on Sustainability and IR solutions. This role is responsible for implementing and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business priorities, driving demand generation that delivers high-quality opportunities and pipeline, and enhancing brand awareness and engagement across key audiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with colleagues across Marketing as well as agency partners to design and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive client and prospect engagement.
  • Develops and implements marketing programs using relevant platforms including Marketo, Outreach, Pardot, 6Sense, and Salesforce in collaboration with Marketing stakeholders.
  • Project manages end-to-end program execution and tracks progress and requests in shared project management system (Monday.com), communicating updates as needed to stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Helps to develop content necessary for communicating marketing strategy internally as well as material needed for marketing campaigns including emails, presentations, product collateral, and website content.
  • Partners with Marketing colleagues as well as creative and media agencies to develop original digital creative assets for use in marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborates closely with fellow marketers and Marketing Operations and uses the martech stack to effectively report on the impact of marketing campaigns to business partners.
